Sustainable health in modern times 

I'm on a holistic mission to help modern, busy women build sustainable healthy habits and claim their full potential.

 

I'm a qualified Health Coach with training from The College of Naturopathic Medicine, accredited by the NHS Personalised Care Institute.

 

I believe a holistic, practical analysis is key to identifying root causes of health issues and essential in creating a sustainable way of living that is unique to your personal needs. Every aspect of your days can influence your quality of health, which is why I coach clients on nutrition, daily habits, conscious choices, stress management, lifestyle, health and happiness at work, fitness, and wellbeing practices.

I practice astrology and offer a blended approach of health coaching and medical astrology where I combine the science of how the body works, with the guidance from your soul's blueprint.

My previous career was in Recruitment and Career Coaching where I was lucky enough to work with The Royal Household, The Big Four professional services, strategy and management consultancies, real estate consultancies, military personnel and HNWI’s, among others. I now offer career coaching packages for women and believe happiness at work is a integral to finding sustainable health in modern times.
